தமிழ் மக்கள் மீது நெருக்குவாரங்களை ஏற்படுத்துகிற சிறிலங்கா இராணுவத்தையும் அதனுடன் சேர்ந்தியங்கும் துணை இராணுவக் குழுக்களையும் எமது மண்ணிலிருந்து வெளியேற்ற எமது நடவடிக்கைகளைத் தொடங்குகிறோம் என்று யாழ். பொங்கியெழும் மக்கள் படை அறிவித்துள்ளது.


பொங்கியெழும் மக்கள் படையின் அறிக்கை:

தமிழ் மக்களது இயல்பு வாழ்க்கையை ஏற்படுத்துவதை அடிநாதமாகக் கொண்ட போர்நிறுத்த உடன்படிக்கையை முழுமையாக நிறைவேற்றுவதற்காகன பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் சர்வதேச அனுசரணையுடன் ஜெனிவாவில் நடைபெற உள்ளதன் மூலம் படைத்தரப்பினர்களது நெருக்குவாரங்களை நிறுத்தும் என தமிழ்மக்கள் எதிர்பார்த்தனர்.

இந்த எதிர்ப்பார்ப்புக்கு மதிப்பளிக்கும் வகையிலேயே சிறிலங்காப் படையினருக்கு எதிரான எமது தாக்குதல்களை நிறுத்தியிருந்தோம்.

சிங்களப் பேரினமானது எவ்வகையிலும் இதயசுத்தியுடன் பேச்சுவர்ர்த்தைக்கான சுமுகமான பின்புலனை உருவாக்குமா? அல்லது தமிழ்மக்கள் மீதான நெருக்குவாரங்களை அதிகரிக்கும் என்ற ஐயம் எழவே செய்தது என்றாலும், எமது நல்லெண்ண வெளிப்பாட்டிற்கு சிறிலங்கா படைத்தரப்போ அல்லது ஈ.பி.டி.பி உட்பட்ட துணை இராணுவக் குழுக்களோ எவ்வித நல்லெண்ணப் பிரதிபலிப்புக்களையும் மேற்கொள்ளவில்லை.

சிங்கள பேரினவாத அரசியலாளர் இராணுவ நிலைப்பட்ட தங்கள் சிங்கள மேலாதிக்க வாதத்தில் இருந்து விடுபட்டு ஆக்கப+ர்வமான முற்போக்கான போர்நிறுத்தச் செயற்பாடுகளை எடுப்பதற்கு சிறிளவு கூட முயலவில்லை.

மாறாக கால இழுத்தடிப்புக்கள் கபடத்தனமான சொற்சிலம்பாட்டம் கொண்ட நம்பகத் தன்மையற்ற அறிக்கைகளை அள்ளித்தெளித்துக்கொண்டு இராணுவ நெருக்குவாரங்களை மிக இறுக்கமாக அதிகரித்துவருகின்றன.

உக்கிரமடைந்து வரும் நெருக்குவாரங்களால் தமிழ் மக்களது எதிர்ப்பாப்புக்கள் கானல் நீராகிவிட்டது.

சுற்றிவளைப்புக்கள், தேடுதல்கள், அப்பாவிமக்கள், தொண்டர்சேவை நிறுவன உறுப்பினர்கள் கடத்தல்கள், காணாமல் போகுதல்கள், அப்பாவிகள் மீதான தாக்குதல்கள், பெண்களை அவமானப்படுத்துதல் என அச்சுறுத்தல்களும் வன்முறைகளும் தடையற்ற அன்றாட நிகழ்வுகளாகிவிட்டன.

மானிப்பாய், ஊரெழு படைமுகாம்களில் பெண்களது அவலக் கதறல்கள் இரவுகளில் கேட்கின்றன. கைது செய்யப்படுவோர் சித்திரைவதைக் கூடங்களுக்கு இழுத்துச் செல்லப்பட்டு உள்ளமும் உடலும் தெறிபட வதைபடுகின்றனர்.

மனித உரிமைகள் சித்திரவதைக் கூட சுவர்களில் மோதப்பட்டு உதிரம் கக்கி பலியாகின்றது. மனித உரிமைகள் முற்றாக மறுக்கப்பட்டு அரசியல் அபிலாசைகள், வாழ்வுரிமைகள் காலில் மிதிபடும் பொழுது அமைதியும், நிம்மதியும் தூரத்தே விலகிப்போய்விடுகின்றன.

இனியும், கைகட்டி மௌனித்து நாம் போவதில்லை தமிழர்களுக்கு முன்னால் இப்போது ஒரேயொரு தெரிவுதான உள்ளது. அது தற்காத்துக்கொள்ளுதல் எனும் மறுக்கமுடியாத மனித உரிமைகள்பாற்பட்ட தெரிவேயாகும்.

சிறிலங்காப் பேரினவாத்த்தின் முன்கூட்டிய நயவஞ்சகத் திட்டமிடலுடன், சிறிலங்காப் படைத்தரப்பினது பாதுகாப்புக் குடைக்குள் பதுங்கியிருந்து கோழைத்தனமான தமிழ்மக்கள் விரோத கொடுரங்களை இழைக்கும் ஈ.பி.டி.பி உட்பட்ட துணை இராணுவக் குழுக்களை எமது மண்ணிலிருந்து உடனடியாக அகற்றுதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடவுள்ளோம்.

மனிதத்தின்மீது கொண்டுள்ள அக்கறையின் பேரால், இலங்கைத்தீவில் சமாதானத்தை விதைத்துவிட ஆர்வமுடன் முயலும் சர்வதேச சமூகத்தின் எண்ணங்களைத் தூக்கியெறிந்தும் விடுதலைப் புலிகளின் பேச்சுக்கான சமிக்கைகளை அவகௌரவப்படுத்தி நிற்கும் சிறிலங்காப்படைகளும் அவர்களின் பாதுகாப்புடன் மனிதத்துக்கு எதிரான தமது நடவடிக்கை நிகழ்ச்சி நிரலாகக்கொண்டுள்ள ஈ.பி.டி.பி உட்பட்ட துணை இராணுவக்குழுக்களையும் எமது மண்ணில் இருந்து வெளியேற்றியே தீருவோம்.

நாளாந்தம் எமது மக்கள் கொல்லப்படுவதையும் பாதிக்கப்படுவதையும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்க முடியாது.

ஆகவே நாம் தொடர்ந்தும் பொறுமைகாப்பது சாத்தியமற்றது. எனவே சர்வதேச சமூகத்திடமும் விடுதலைப் புலிகளிடமும் எம்மை மன்னிக்க வேண்டுகின்றோம்.

எமது அன்புக்குரிய யாழ் குடாநாட்டு உறவுகளே! தொடரும் இராணுவத்தினரதும், துணைக்குழுக்களுக்கும் எதிராக நாங்கள் எடுக்கப்போகும் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு ப+ரண பங்களிப்பு வழங்கும் வண்ணம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றோம் என்று யாழ். பொங்கியெழும் படை எச்சரித்துள்ளது.

Underage paramilitary recruit attests to SLA-Karuna link

A 15-year-old boy, recruited by the paramilitary cadres of Karuna Group, later sent on vacation, and who managed to move with his family into the Liberation Tigers held area in Ayithiyamalai, addressed a press meet at Solayaham in LTTE controlled Kokkaddicholai Friday. The underage youth, Arulraj, has revealed details on how he was abducted, transported to Thivuchenai and trained at the training camp of the paramilitary group at Thivuchenai in Welikande. Arularj, who was on leave, managed to escape as his "guardian", an EPDP cadre Rama Ranjan, who accompanied him to Batticaloa from Welikande, was gunned down by unidentified gunmen in mid-January.


Arulraj Senthilnathan (15)
The 15-year-old Arulraj Senthilnathan, addressing the press at Solayaham from 11:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., said he was forcefully recruited 6 months ago by the paramilitary cadres while he was fishing along the Mattikkali river, located near his house in the village of Punnaichcholai on the outskirts of the Batticaloa town.

He was taken to "Palpody" Sri Lanka Army (SLA) camp in Batticaloa town and later transported in an armoured vehicle to Polonnaruwa area, Arulraj told the press.

"We were provided training to shoot, and to operate handguns by Markkan and Chooty, who were the responsible for the training," he said.

"Later, we were posted to sentry points in and around the training camp," he said adding that there were around 200 Sri Lanka Army troopers providing security to the training camp in an "outer circle".

"15 muslim youths were also among the recruits. There were also persons who were talking Indian accent Tamil, but those were senior cadres who did not communicate much with us," he added.

"There were some nights with quarrels, some nights with celebrations and laughter at the huts of the senior cadres," he said noting there were celebrations at Thivuchenai camp following the slaying of Joseph Pararajasingham MP.

There were around 70 persons at the Thivuchenai camp, he said.

Arulraj also revealed that there were some persons, numbering around 20, who were being held captives at Thivuchenai camp.

An EPDP cadre, Rama Ranjan, accompanied the young Arulraj who managed to win the trust of his masters at the paramilitary training camp at Thivuchenai. He was given a leave to join his family during the Pongal festival. A senior EPDP cadre, Rama Rajan, accompanied him to Batticaloa town.

On Pongal day, the EPDP cadre, Rama Rajan, was gunned down by unknown gunmen in Karuvepankerni in Batticaloa. A few days later the paramilitary group made contact with Arulraj and instructed him to return quickly to Thivuchenai.

Arulraj together with his younger sister, brother and his parents, moved into the LTTE held area a few days ago, he said.

Here I mean to say the opposite side means, the people who against the Tamil people and LTTE.
I don’t know why these people are taken a stand against LTTE and their Leader. Either due the LTTE leader is belongs to the higher caste; those opposing peoples are lower caste. Don’t misunderstand me. Here I not emphasize a caste. But some time opposing people also May thing like that. Because when my undergraduate times I read a one magazine named Exil, from that I understood that is run by a lower caste people.
But here I want to emphasize about LTTE leader and his sacrifice for the freedom of Tamil Elam. Because when I heard about Mr.Piraphakaran, 1990 about his faked death. Now the world people know the Tamil word due to the National leader Mr.V.Piraphakaran. Because his commitment towards a independent Tamil nation. For this sake he lost his total incredible life. I am not exalting him, but I am saying the truth. Because of his negligence towards any position in Sinhalese nation, while Chandirika offered a governor of north east. Now some peoples like Douglas Devananda, Ananda Sankari for sake of position and money they are betraying the total Tamil community.
Why Mr.Pirapaharan is struggling this much, for his sake, I can say definitely not. For this struggle sake he totally lost contact with his relatives. If a person is lost his relation it is a pathetic situation in his life. But even this miserable situation also he is continually fighting towards his goal. For this commitment I am saluting him. Suppose if the peoples are get independent Tamil Elam there is any benefit for him, no it goes towards the people only.
Because while Singaporean First President/Prez Mr. Lee Quan yu while his country is got freedom from British people he taken a stringent action against the gangster and unified the country and now it is the one of the Economic Centre in the world. Wiping out of the gangster also one of way for the prosperity to country. When he done this all world leader is said he is doing a Dictatorship. But he is not cared about those things. In the same way Our Leader also working. So we continually support the National leader and the national freedom struggle. Why this faked politician like Douglas Devananda fear about freedom of Tamil Elam, if the nation will get freedom he cannot do the corruption. It will affect his luxury life. This is the real fact.
Why I decided to write this letter, I visited the ******* there they used the word against Mr.Pirapaharan is unbearable .From that I had understood the quality of the people running that site. I visited lot of site supporting LTTE. But no one site is criticizing the opposite people like this. The site supporting LTTE are very mannerly criticizing the opposite people.
Finally I want to say one thing, whose ever criticize about the National Leader and his commitment towards the freedom, let we leave them. But our Freedom is with us only, with our cooperation towards our National Leader. Let we unite together and strengthen our National Leader.

பாராளுமன்றத்தில் தமிழ்த் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்புக்கும் சமூக அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சரும் ஈ.பி.டி.பி. செயலாளர் நாயகமுமான டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தாவுக்குமிடையில் ஏற்பட்ட தர்க்கத்தினால் சபை சிறிதுநேரம் அமளிதுமளிப்பட்டது.

குண்டுப் புரளியினால் சபை ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டதனால் நேற்று வியாழக்கிழமை பாராளுமன்றில் எதிர்ப்பு ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட திட்டமிட்டிருந்த தமிழ்க் கட்சிகள் ஏமாற்றத்துக்கும் கோபத்துக்குமுள்ளாகின. இந்நிலையில் சபையில் அமர்ந்திருந்த அமைச்சர் டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தா தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பினை ஏளனம் செய்து பேசினார்.

இதனால் ஆத்திரமடைந்த தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பின் கஜேந்திரன், ஈழவேந்தன், ரவிராஜ் ஆகியோர் டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தாவை நெருங்க முற்பட்ட போது, கிஷோர், சிவனேசன் ஆகியோர் அவர்களை தடுத்து சமாதானப்படுத்தினர்.

ஆனால், அமைச்சர் டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தாவுடன் பிரதியமைச்சர் மகிந்தானந்த அளுத்கமகேயும் இன்னும் சிலரும் இணைந்து தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பினரை வசைபாடினர்.

இந்நிலையில் டக்ளஸுக்கு ஆதரவாக களத்திலிறங்கிய பிரதியமைச்சர் மகிந்தானந்த அளுத்கமகே தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பினரை நோக்கி ` வாய்ப்பேச்சை விட்டுவிட்டு துணிவிருந்தால் டக்ளஸுடன் நேருக்கு நேர் சபைக்கு நடுவே மோத வருமாறு அழைத்தார். அதையடுத்து சிவாஜிலிங்கம் சவாலையேற்று சபைக்கு நடுவேயிறங்க <b>

வினோநோகராதாலிங்கம் எம்.பி. தடுத்துவிட்டார்.</b>

இக் களேபரத்தின் போது மிகவும் உணர்ச்சிவசப்பட்ட நிலையில் காணப்பட்ட ரவிராஜ், கஜேந்திரன் ஆகியோர் அமைச்சர் டக்ளஸை திட்டித் தீர்த்தனர். டக்ளஸும் சளைக்காது ஏட்டிக்குப் போட்டியாக வசைபாடினார். இதனால் பாராளுமன்றம் சிறிது நேரம் அமளிதுமளிப்பட்டது. அவ்வேளை சபைக்குள் நின்ற படையினர் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் ஆச்சரியமடைந்த நிலையில் காணப்பட்டனர்.

டக்ளஸுடன் மோதவருமாறு பிரதியமைச்சர் மகிந்தானந்த அளுத்கமகே தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பினரை மீண்டும் அழைக்க சிவாஜிலிங்கம் சபைக்கு நடுவேயிறங்க, டக்ளஸும் சபைக்கு நடுவே இறங்கினார். இருவரும் மோதிக் கொள்ளப் போகிறார்கள் என்ற அதிர்ச்சியில் பலர் பார்த்திருக்க, இருவருக்கும் நடுவே பிரதியமைச்சர் மகிந்தானந்த அளுத்கமகே நிற்க ஒருவரும் [size=18]எதிர்பாராத வகையில் சிவாஜியும் டக்ளஸும் ஒருவரையொருவர் கட்டித் தழுவியவாறு சிரித்தனர்.

<b>சிவாஜியை இழுத்து சென்ற வினோ </b>

ஆயினும், உடனடியாக தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பு எம்.பி.யான வினோநோகராதலிங்கம் ஓடிவந்து சிவாஜிலிங்கத்தை இழுத்துச் சென்றார். இதன் பின்னர் அவர்களுக்கிடையில் காரசாரமான வாக்குவாதம் இடம்பெற்றது.

இதன் பின்னர் டக்ளஸுக்கும் அரசுக்கும் எதிராக கோஷமெழுப்பியவாறு தமிழ்க் கூட்டமைப்பினர் சபையை விட்டு வெளியேறிச் சென்றனர்.
