'Where are the Indians?'
Student Shivanjali Choksey said she had nothing against Congress in general, only Mrs Gandhi.
"We are a country of a billion people, we can't find a single qualified leader to rule our country?" she asked, though others were happy to have new leaders.

'Not hard-core Indian'
Businessman Pawanesh Pajnu said the fact that Mrs Gandhi was born in Italy was not what mattered to him.
"I am concerned with sentiment. She is not hard-core Indian, she can't relate to the common man at all and that bothers me," he said.
