கனடாவில் விடுதலைப் புலிகளைத் தடை செய்வதற்கு கனேடிய அமைச்சரவை முடிவு செய்துள்ளதாக பத்திரிகையொன்று செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இது தொடர்பான அறிவிப்பு திங்கட்கிழமை வெளியிடப்படவுள்ளதாக அந்தப் பத்திரிகை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

ஆம் ஏற்கனவே 38 அமைப்புக்கள் கனடாவில் தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனவாம். 39 வது அமைப்பாக விடுதலைப்புலிகள் அமைப்பும் கனடா அரசினால் தடைசெய்யப்படுகின்றது.

ஈழப்போர் 4 ஆரம்பிக்கும் போது புலிகள் மீது பல நாடுகளில் பக்கச்சார்பான நெருக்கடிகளை எதிர்பார்க்கலாம்.
சிங்கள இனவாத அரசாங்கம் சமாதான முயற்சிகள் தோல்வியடைந்து யுத்தம் ஆரம்பிக்க காரணமாக இருந்தாலும் புலிகளையும் தமிழ்த்தரப்பையும் மேலும் குட்டி நிலமையை தக்கவைத்துக் கொள்ள சர்வதேச சமூகம் முயற்சிக்கும். இது ஒன்றும் எதிர்பார்க்காத ஒன்று அல்ல.

மேலே ஒரு மனநோயாளி போல் அரைவேட்காட்டுத் தனமாக நீரும் எழுத வேண்டாம். எனக்குத் தெரிந்த கனடாவில் வசிக்கும் ஒருவர் மேற்படி செய்தி பற்றி சொன்னதைத் தான் நான் எழுதினேன். புதிய கனடா அரசு புலிகள் விடயத்தில் கடுமையாக இருப்பது யாவரும் அறிந்ததே. இச்செய்தியின் உண்மைத்தன்மை அடுத்தகிழமை தெரிந்துவிடும்.

இலட ஒரு சிங்கள வக்காடு முக்கிய எழுத்தாளராக இருப்பது தெரிந்த கதையே. இருக்க தடைகள் என்பது பெரும்பாலும் ஒரு அமைப்பை அடக்கி ஆளுவதற்கே பயன்படும். குறித்த அமைப்பு அதையும் தாண்டி வெற்றி பெற்றுவிட்டால் பிறகு தடை தானாகவே விலகிவிடும்.
இந்தியாவின் அணுப்பரிசோதனைக்கு அமெரிக்க பொருளாதாரத்தடை விதித்தது. ஆனால் இந்தியா தன் காலில் நின்று அமெரிக்காவின் தடையை உதாசீனம் செய்தது. கடைசில் அமெரிக்க தானாகவே தடையை விலக்கி கொண்டது. எனவே தடை என்பது ஒரு வித மிரட்டல். அதைத் தாண்டுவதற்கு நமக்குள் ஒற்றுமை வேண்டும். மற்றது அவ்வவ் நாடுகளுக்கு எங்களின் கண்டணங்களை வெளிப்படுத்தி ஆகவேண்டும். அமைதியாக இருப்பின், எமக்கு ஆட்சேபனை இல்லை என்று தான் நினைப்பார்கள்
