Ingredients
MILK-2 CUPS SUGAR-2 CUPS GHEE- 1 TSP
Method
THIS IS A VERY EASY WAY TO PREPARE . JUST ADD 2 CUPS OF THE MILK IN A LARGE PAN WHOSE WIDTH IS LARGE SO THAT THE MILK DOES NOT OVERFLOW.IT STATS TO BOIL ,STIR IT CONSTANTLY SO THAT IT DOES NOT STICK TO THE PAN, ADD THE SUGAR NOW,AFTER SOME TIME ADJUST THE FLAME TO A SIMMER POSITION.ADD A SPOON OF GHEE AND WHEN IT COMES TO A SEMI SOLID STATE SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND THE SWEET IS READY TO TASTE,GARNISH WITH PISTA IF NEEDED
