No change in policy on LTTE: Shivraj Patil
Bangalore, May 30. (PTI): Terming the demand by MDMK leader Vaiko to review the ban on LTTE as his personal view, Home Minister Shivraj Patil today asserted that the Government had not changed the policy on Tamil Tigers and the ban would continue to stay.
"Our stand is already there (ban on LTTE), what is there will remain," Patil told reporters here.
"It is Vaiko's view," he said, when asked about remarks of the leader of MDMK, a constituent of the UPA which is extending outside support to the Manmohan Singh government, seeking a review of the ban.
