ஜெயதேவனுக்கு;
தாங்கள் அண்மையில் பிரித்தானிய பாராளுமன்றில் கூட்டப்பட்ட கூட்டம் சம்பந்தமாகவும், தங்களால் தொடங்கப்பட்ட புது கட்சி தொடர்பாகவும், தாங்கள் விடுதலைப் புலிகளினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டதற்காகத்தான் தற்போது எதிராக செயற்படுவதாகவும், ... பலபல நாடகங்களை அரங்கேற்றி வருகிறீர்கள்!! இவை சம்பந்தமாக பிரித்தானிய தமிழ் பிரஜை ஒருவருக்கு ஏற்படும் கேள்விகள், விடைகளை தங்களோடு பகிர விரும்புகிறேன்!! இதற்கான பதில்கள் தங்களிடமிருந்து வரமாட்டாது என்று தெரிந்தும் எழுத முற்படுகிறேன்!!
தாங்கள் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு முன்னர் வன்னி சென்றபோது, விடுதலைப் புலிகளினால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு 60 நாட்கள் சிறை வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்ததாகவும், அதன் காரணமாகத்தான் நீங்கள் இன்றைய கோலம் கொண்டுள்ளதாக கூறுகிறீர்கள்!! முதலில் நீங்கள் அங்கு சிறை வைக்கப்பட்ட்தற்கான காரணம், தங்களின் நிர்வாகத்திலிருக்கும் ஈழ்பதீஸ்வர் ஆலயத்தில் நடைபெற்ற நிதி மோசடிகள் என்று கூறுகிறார்கள்!! இக்குற்றச்சாட்டு கடந்த சில வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னமே உங்கள் மீதும், உங்களின் குடும்ப உறவினர் மீதும் சுமத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது!! உங்களுக்குத் தெரியும் இவ்வாலயம், பொதுமக்களின் பணத்தில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு, இதில் வரும் வருமானம் அனைத்தும் தமிழ்தேசியத்திற்கான செயற்பாட்டிற்கு பயன்படுத்துவதாக கூறப்பட்டு, தாங்களும் ஓர் நிர்வாகியாக சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டீர்கள்!! ஆனால் தங்கள் மீது சில வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னமே சுமத்தப்பட்ட, ஈழபதீஸ்வர ஆலயத்தில் நடந்ததாக கூறப்பட்ட நிதிமோசடி குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கு நீங்கள் முகம் கொடுத்தீர்களா?? பலதடவை ஆலய குற்றச்சாடுக்கள் தொடர்பாக உங்களிடம் விளக்கங்கள் கேட்டு பொதுக்கூட்டங்கள் கூட்டப்பட்டனவே, ஏன் நீங்கள் முகம் கொடுக்கவில்லை?? மாறாக பொலிஸின் துணையுடன் கூட்டங்களைக் கலைத்தீர்கள்!!! ... இன்றுவரை உங்கள் மேல் சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றச்சாட்டுக்களை எதிர் தரப்பு ஆதாரங்களுடன் நீரூபித்தும், அதற்கான பதில்களை நீங்கள் வெளியிடவில்லை!! ... நீங்கள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு விடுதலையாகி லண்டன் வந்தபின் தேசியத்திற்கு எதிரான செயற்பாடுகளை எடுத்துள்ளீர்கள்!! இல்லை, நீங்கள் ஒரு பிழையான குற்றச்சாட்டுக்காக பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தீர்கள் எனறு எடுத்தாலும், தங்களது தற்போதைய நிலைப்பட்டை நியாயப்படுத்த முடியவில்லை!!! நாங்கள் இருக்கும் மேற்கத்தேய நாடுகளில் எத்தனை எத்தனை லட்சக்கணக்கான பிரஜைகள் "தவறுதலான நீதி" வழங்கப்ப்ட்டு பாதிக்கப்படவில்லையா?, குடும்பங்கள் சிதறடிக்கப்படவில்லையா? ஏன் பலர் மரணங்களைக்கூட எதிர் கொள்ளவில்லையா??? ... அவர்களது குடும்பங்கள் எல்லாம், தாம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டதற்காக அந்நாடுகளை பழிவாங்க முற்பட்டார்களா??? ... ஆனால் உங்களுக்கு தெரியும், உங்கள் மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றச்சாட்டுகளின் உண்மைத்தன்மை!!!
தாங்கள் அண்மையில் பிரித்தானிய பாராளுமன்றில், ஆறு பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் பங்குபற்றிய ஓர் நாடகத்தை அரங்கேற்றினீர்கள்! இதற்கு தங்களது நண்பர் "பரி காடினர் எம்பி" மூலம் அனுமதியைப் பெற்றுருந்தீர்கள்!! பாறாளுமன்றில் பதவிகள் எதனையும் வகிக்காத பழமைவாத லேபர் எம்பிக்கள் பலரே இவ்வறுவரில் பெரும்பாலானோர்! இந்த நாடகம் மூலம் எதனை சாதித்தீர்கள்?? தங்களுக்குத் தெரியும் இதற்கு முன் பலஸ்தீன, காஸ்மீரிய, .. பிரட்சனைகளிக்கு பல பல கூட்டங்கள் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான எம்பிக்களால் நடாத்தப்பட்டே, பிரித்தானிய அரசின் வெளிவிவகாரக் கொள்கைகளில் ஏதாவது மாறுதல்கள் ஏற்பட்டதா என்று?? இதற்கு மேல், அண்மையில் நடைபெற்ற ஈராக்கிய யுத்தத்தின் போது, பாராளுமன்றத்திற்குள்ளேயே 50%இற்கு கூடுதலான எம்பிக்களின் எதிர்ப்பிருந்தும், பிரித்தானிய அரசின் நிலை என்னவாறு இருத்ததென்று!!! .. இதற்கு மேலாக தாங்கள் தேசியத்தின் முகமூடியில் உலாவும் காலத்தில், பிரித்தானியாவில் தேசியத்திற்கு தடை வந்தபோதும் இதே பாணியில் ஓர் நாடகத்தை அரங்கேற்றினீர்கள்!! அதில் ஏதாவது பலன்கள் கிடைத்தனவா??? அப்போதைய நாடகத்தில் தமிழர்களுக்கு, அங்கு வந்திருந்த உங்களது நண்பரான "தி ஐலன்ட்" பத்திரிகையின் லண்டன் செய்தியாளர் "துஷி ரணதுங்காவை" அறிமுகப்படுத்தியதுதான் செய்த ஒரே ஒரு செயல்!!!!
இவைகளுக்கு மேலாக, நீங்கள் இன்று, கட்சி எனும் பெயரில் கூடியிருக்கும் கும்பல்கள், ஈழத்தில் இந்திய இராணுவ காலங்களில் கொலைகள், கொள்ளைகள், கற்பளிப்புகள், பிள்ளை பிடிப்புக்கள் செய்துவிட்டு, அங்கிருந்து இந்தியா தப்பியோடிய பின் மேற்கத்தேய நாடுகளில் ஆட்கடத்தல்கள், போதைவஸ்து கடத்தல்களில் ஈடுபட்டவர்களோ/ஈடுபட்டிருப்பவர்களோ தான் உங்களது கட்சியின் உள்ள தோழர்கள்!! மக்களால் அருவருக்கப்பட்டு ஒதுக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்தான், உங்களோடு இன்று கை கோத்திருக்கிறார்கள்!! நீங்கள் தொடங்கியிருக்கும் கட்சி, ஒட்டியிருக்கும் கும்பல் புலத்தில் தமிழ் மக்கள் மத்தியில் எந்தளவிற்கு மதிக்கப்படும் என்பதை, உங்களது மதிக்கு ஏற்ப முடிபெடுக்க விட்டுவிடுகிறேன்!!

உண்டியலானுக்கு ஆப்பு!
ஒரு தேசியவாதி துணிந்து உண்டியலானுக்கு ஆப்பு வைத்துளாளர். அவரின் துணிச்சலுக்கு எனது பாராட்டுகள். ஆனால் அவர் வாழும் பகுதியிலும் பார்க்க உண்டியலான் பகுதியிலிருந்து சில கடிதங்கள் இப்படி போனால் உண்டியலானை முழுமையாக தோலுரித்து காட்ட முடியும்.

Can Undiyalaan answer these questions?

Rajasingham Jeyadevan popularly known as 'Undiyalaan' has been at odds with several Tamil and English language media networks including Tamileditors.com over reports regarding the missing millions from Eelapatheeswarar Hindu temple where Jeyadevan was once chairman.
Tamileditors.com would like to clarify some issues with Mr. Jeyadevan, and stick to the norms of journalistic ethics by providing a forum for Mr. Jeyadevan to put forward his side of the story.
To help Mr Jeyadevan do this, we have produced a set of questions for him. If he could spare a few minutes to answer them, we would be all too happy to publish answers.
1. What was the purpose of setting up this temple and how did Jeyadevan and Co raise the funds for the initial set-up?
2. The relationship of some of the people involved in the affairs has been explicitly written in the articles (especially in the articles written by Jeyaraj). What are the relationships between the current directors?
3. We learn that 3 out of the 4 directors of the Temple are closely related. So is the temple a family owned establishment?
4. UK Company House lists the temple as a profit making company (not even a company limited by guarantee). Would it be profit making venture?
5. If the temple is a profit making company, would it be appropriate to call the directors as trustees?
6. In the year 2000, the charity commission conducted an enquiry about the financial handlings of the temple and recommended that the temple cannot be considered as a charitable organization. One of the reasons given by it was that there were donations to local political parties from the income of the temple. Which are these political parties? How much money has been donated? Were the devotees informed about these donations?
As many people may already be aware, Undiyalaan has in recent months been very busy trying to label a number of media networks as proxies of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), and accuse prominent journalists of being members of the LTTE.
We suggest that Undiyalaan stops spreading malicious rumors, and attempts to clear his name with the Tamil community who have contributed wholeheartedly to the above mentioned temple unidiyal-money box.

இதற்காக உண்டியலான் கொன்சேட்டியம் ஒன்றை உருவாக்கியுள்ளதுடன் ஈழபதீஸ்லரர் புகழ் உண்டியலானை இதற்கு தலைவராகவும் அறிவித்துள்ளார். பிரித்தானிய பட்ஜட்டில் ஏற்படும் விழுக்காட்டை ஒரு வருட கால உண்டியல் சேகரிப்பால் நிவர்த்தி செய்ய முடியும் என உண்டியலான் பரிக்கு சொல்லி அதை பரி கோர்டனுக்கு சொல்லியதை அடுத்தே இந்த ஏற்பாட்டை பிரித்தானியா கடைப்பிடடிக்க உள்ளது. உண்டியலான் புகழ் தற்போது அமரிக்கா வரை சென்றுள்ளதால் ஜோர்ஜ் புஸ்சும் உண்டியல் கோயில்களை அமரிக்க எங்கும் அமைக்க ஈழபதீஸ்வரர் உண்டியலானை அணுகியுள்ளதாகவும் வெகு விரைவில் உண்டியலானை பல நாடுகள் அணுக உள்ளதாகவும் தகவல்கள் கசிந்துள்ளது.
நாசா அமைப்பானது தற்போது உண்டியலானுடன் இரகசிய சந்திப்பை ஏற்படுத்தி வருவதாகவும் ஒரு உண்டியலை எப்படி சனக்கூட்டம் உள்ள மக்கள் மத்திலிருந்து நைசாக தன் வீட்டுக்கு கடத்துவது எப்படி என்பது பற்றி நாசாவுக்கு உண்டியலான் விழக்கம் அழித்து வருவதாகவும் தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. நாச அமைப்பு உண்டியலான் ஆலோசனையின் பேரில் உண்டியல் விட்டு வீடு பாயும் கருவியை கண்டு பிடித்துள்ளாகவும், இது உடனடியாக ஈழபதீஸ்வரர் ஆலயத்தில் வைக்கப்பட்டு பரிசோதிக்கப்பட உள்ளதாகவும் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. இந்த கருவி பொருத்திய உண்டியலில் நீங்கள் எந்த கடவுளை நேர்ந்து போட்டாலும் உண்டியலானின் பொக்கற்றுக்குள் காசு வந்து சேருமாமம். காசை உண்டியலுக்குள் நீங்கள் போடுகையில் சும்மா சாட்டுக்கு அங்கே ஸ்ரிரீயோ ஸ்பீக்கர் காசு விழும் சத்தத்தை போடும் ஆனால் நீங்கள் போட்ட காசோ வக்யுூம் தொழில் நுட்பத்தில் உள்ளே உறுஞ்சப்பட்டு உண்டியலான் வீட்டு உண்டயலுக்கு உடன் மாற்றப்படும். இது கிட்ட தட்ட கூடு விட்டு கூடு பாய்வது போல. என்ன இஞ்சை நீங்கள் போடும் காசுதான் மாறும். உண்டியலான் சர்வடீதச மட்டத்தில் வளர நாச மிக முனைப்பாக உள்ளது.

Rajasingam Jeyadevan, popularly known as 'Undiyalaan' has
embarked on a vicious campaign against Tamil and English
language media networks that question financial
irregularities at a London temple, sources said.
Undiyalaan has developed a notorious habit of labelling any
media network that questions financial irregularities at the
Eelapatheeswarar Hindu temple in north-west London as being a
proxy of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
According to Undiyalaan, any Tamil who wishes to know where
money from the undiyal –money box- at the temple is heading
is an intelligence agent of the LTTE.
Undiyalaan, who was a long time supporter of the LTTE, turned
against the organisation when they asked him not to steal
money from a religious institution, sources from the United
Kingdom said.
His continued attempts to bribe the LTTE even landed him
under custody in the de-facto state of Tamil Eelam.
Since his return from Sri Lanka, Undiyalaan has been hiding
under the banner of democracy to prevent investigations into
the temple funds, UK sources added.
Undiyalaan by appointing himself as leader of the Tamil
Democratic Congress (TDC) a group founded by Undiyalaan
himself in November 2005, and by releasing a few anti LTTE
comments has attempted to portray anyone who questions his
criminal activities as members of the LTTE.
Undiyalaan has been on a venomous campaign against the
Nitharsanam.com Tamil language news website which was one of
the first to report on financial irregularities at the above
mentioned temple.
After numerous failed attempts to get the website banned by
concocting claims against it, Undiyalaan has now turned his
attention to include the English language Sibernews.com as
well.
If one is to follow Undiyalaan's line of thinking, no media
network should ever question exploitation of the Tamil
community residing in the west. According to him no media
station should condemn the paramilitaries who are hell bent
on destroying the peace process on the island of Sri Lanka.
If any media network does so, then it is operated by the
LTTE.
Undiyalaan has also personally targeted Oslo based bilingual
journalist Nadarajah Sethurupan. He continues to claim that
Mr. Sethurupan is working directly under the LTTE.
When contacted by this reporter Mr Sethurupan dismissed
Undiyalaan's allegation as being false propaganda with the
sole aim of discrediting him as a professional journalist.
Mr Sethurupan said that he is a registered bi-lingual
journalist who writes for Oslo Voice and other international
media networks on his specialist area of Sri Lankan politics.
He also dismissed baseless allegations that he is a member of
the LTTE, and re-emphasised that he had not travelled to the
LTTE administered areas of Sri Lanka for several years. He
also stressed the fact that unlike Undiyalaan, he was never a
supporter of the LTTE.
'Mr Jeyadevan has a personal vendetta against me. I take a
special interest in Tamil affairs in Europe, and had thus
reported on the missing millions at the Eelapatheeswarar
temple where Jeyadevan was chairman. One has to bear in mind
that this happened when Mr Jeyadevan was an established
supporter of the LTTE. Long before he went to Vanni and
returned with anti-LTTE views, I was involved in exposing
him. His claims that I only began writing about him after he
expressed anti-LTTE views is a calculated lie,' said Mr
Sethurupan.
What is clear from Mr Sethurupan's interview to this reporter
is that Undiyalaan is hiding several issues related to
finances at the above-mentioned temple. He has also embarked
on a campaign to label any media that question financial
irregularities as agents of the LTTE. He has not spared
professional journalists from this campaign either.
The best thing for Undiyalaan to do would be to attempt to
prove the media reports to be wrong, rather than to allege
the media as being proxies of the LTTE. If Mr Jeyadevan had
not stolen from the temple, then he could simply publish the
accounts and clear the issue.
For as long as Mr Jeyadevan remains silent on the issue of
accounts, and attempts to cover up his crime with a banner of
democracy, reports that expose him will continue to be
published.

மே மாதம் 10ம் திகதி பிரித்தானிய சைவ மக்களின் கரிநாளாக அமைந்து உள்ளது. கடந்த ஆண்டு மே மாதம் 10ம் திகதி ஈழபதீஸ்வரர் ஆலயம் சமூக விரோதிகளின் கைக்கு மாறியதுடன் அந்தக் களவாடல் முயற்சியில் அர்ச்சகர் குகன் சமூக விரோதிகளின் தூண்டுதலினால் சிவலிங்கத்தைத் துடைப்பத்தால் அடித்தார். அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்த சைவ அடியார்கள் ஆத்திரமடைந்து அர்ச்சகரைத் தாக்க முயன்றனர். அதனையும் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் ஒரு தெருச் சண்டியன் போல் குகன் தன் ப+நூலை அறுத்தெறிய முற்பட்டார். இந்தக் கலம்பகத்தை ஏற்கனவே திட்டமிட்டு இருந்த சமூக விரோதக் கும்பல் அமைதியாக நடக்க வேண்டிய கூட்டத்தைக் குழப்பி 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பொலிஸாரை ப+ட்சுடன் ஆலயத்திற்குள் வரவழைத்தனர். இந்த விசமத்தனத்தால் ஆத்திரமடைந்த 200க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சைவ அடியார்கள் ஆலயத்தை கொள்ளையிட்ட ஜெயதேவனைச் சுற்றி வளைத்து தம் ஆத்திரத்தைத் திட்டித்தீர்த்தனர். அந்நிலையில் நடப்பவை எதனையும் அறிந்திராத காவல்துறையினர் சைவ அடியார்களிடம் மாட்டிய ஜெயதேவனையும் மைத்துனர் சௌந்தர்ராஜனையும் காரில் ஏற்றி தப்பியோடச் செய்தனர். ஆலயம் ஆரம்பம்:- 2000ம் ஆண்டு (விடுதலைப்புலிகள் பிரித்தானியாவில் தடை செய்யப்படுவதற்கு முன்னர்) ஈழபதீஸ்வரர் ஆலயம் தாயகத்தில் உள்ள மக்களுக்கு உதவும் வகையில் விடுதலைப்புலிகளின் ஆசீர்வாதத்துடன் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. அதில் மு.சிவராஜா,கெ.விவேகானந்தன்,இ.ஜெயதேவன் அவரது மைத்துனர் பி.சௌந்தர்ராஜன் இன்னும் நால்வரும் சேர்ந்து ஆரம்பித்தனர். ஆரம்பத்தில் தாயக மக்களுக்கு பணம் அனுப்பப்பட்டது. ஆனால் ஜெயதேவனும் மைத்துனரும் ஆலயத்தை தம் குடும்பச் சொத்தாக மாற்ற திட்டமிட்டு இருந்தனர். அதில் மு.சிவராஜாவைத் தவிர மற்றையவர்கள் பெரிதாக ஈடுபடாமல் ஒதுங்கி இருந்தனர். அதனால் சிவராஜாவை நிர்வாகத்தில் இருந்து தூக்க ஜெயதேவன் திட்டமிட்டார். ஆனால் ஜெயதேவனும் மைத்துனரும் 2000ம் ஆண்டுக்குப் பின் ஊருக்கு பணமும் அனுப்பாமல் கணக்கும் காட்டாமல் காய் வெட்டி வந்ததை சிவராஜாவும் அங்கிருந்த பக்தர்களும் கேட்டனர். பலனளிக்காததால் மக்கள் முன் ஜெயதேவனை வரும்படி கோரி மே பத்தாம் திகதி பொதுக் கூட்டத்தைக் கூட்டினர். அர்ச்சகர் குகனைக் கொண்டு சிவலிங்கத்துக்கு துடைப்பத்தால் அடித்து அக்கூட்டத்தை கலம்பகமாக்கி குழப்புவதில் ஜெயதேவன் வெற்றி கண்டார்.
புலிகளின் தடையும் ஆலயக் கொள்ளையும்:- பயங்கரவாதத் தடைச்சட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டு புலிகள் பிரித்தானியாவில் தடைசெய்யப்படும் சூழ்நிலை ஏற்பட்டதும் ஜெயதேவன் குழு ஆலயத்தினை குடும்பச் சொத்தாக்குவதில் தீவிரமாக இயங்கியது. கோயில் உண்டியல் ஜெயதேவன் வீட்டுக்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டது. ஊருக்கு அனுப்பப்படும் பணம் நிறுத்தப்பட்டது. புலிகள் தடை செய்யப்பட்டதும் ஜெயதேவன் ஆலயத்தை முழுமையாக குடும்பச் சொத்தாக்கினார். புலிகளின் முக்கிய அரசியல் பிரமுகருக்கு எதிராக ஆங்கிலத்திலும் தமிழிலும் மொட்டைக் கடிதம் எழுதி வெளியிட்டார். ஜெயதேவனின் அடாவடித்தனத்தைத் தட்டிக் கேட்ட புலி ஆதரவாளர்களை புதிய பயங்கரவாதத் தடைச்சட்டத்தை பயன்படுத்திக் காட்டிக் கொடுத்தார். இதனால் சில முக்கிய பிரமுகர்களின் வீடு முற்றுகையிடப்பட்டு சோதனையிடப்பட்டது. தனது வஞ்சம் தீர்க்க பொது மக்களின் பணத்தை விரயமாக்கி புலனாய்வுப் பிரிவுகளை நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கத் தூண்டியது. சிலரின் வீட்டுத் தொலைபேசிகள் தற்போதும் ஒட்டுக் கேட்கப்பட்டு வருவது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
அடுத்த தலைவர்:- இத்தனை மோசடியும் செய்து விட்டு பிரித்தானியாவில் புலிகளின் தடை நீக்கப்பட்டால் தான் அடுத்த தலைவர் என ஜெயதேவனால் நாசுக்காகப் பிரச்சாரம் வேறு செய்யப்படுகி;றது போல் பாஸ்கரன் போன்ற நம்பிக்கெட்ட சிலரைப் பயன்படுத்தி தான் பிரித்தானியாவின் அடுத்த தலைவர் என பிரச்சாரம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. எரிகிற வீட்டில் பிடுங்கியது இலாபம் என்ற வகையில் புலிகள் தடைசெய்யப்பட்டதும் ஈழபதீஸ்வரர் ஆலயத்திலும் வுஊர்யு இலும் சுருட்டும் அளவுக்குச் சுருட்டிக் கொண்டு இப்போது பதவிக்கு வலைவிரித்து உள்ளனர். ஜெயதேவனும் அவரது சகபாடி இந்திரகுமாரும் இணைந்து மொட்டைக் கடிதம் மற்றும் மொட்டைப் பிரசுரம் விட்டுவிட்டு தற்போது புலிகளின் தலைவர் பிரபாகரனையும் அரசியல் ஆலோசகர் அன்ரன் பாலசிங்கத்தையும் முன்பக்கத்தில் போட்டு தன் கபடக் கூத்துக்களை மறைக்க விடுதலை என்ற பெயரில் மொட்டைப் பத்திரிகை ஒன்றை வெளியிடுகின்றனர். (ஆசிரியரும்,கட்டுரையாளரும் இல்லாத பத்திரிகை) அதில் யாரும் விளம்பரம் செய்வதில்லை. சுருட்டிய பணத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும் இந்த இலவசப் பத்திரிகையில் ஜொனி வோக்கர் இந்திரகுமார் சுருட்டுவதை கண்டு கொள்ள வேண்டாம் என்று எழுதுகிறார். தற்போது நிர்வாக மற்றும் மோசடிகளில் ஈடுபட்டதாக நீதிமன்றத்தால் கணிக்கப்பட்ட TR-TECk ஜெயதேவனுடன் இணைந்து தங்கள் மோசடிகளை மறைக்க 30 ஆண்டுகால விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்துக்குப் பின்னால் ஒளிந்து கொண்டு தியாகங்களை கேவலப்படுத்துகின்றனர்.

Eelapatheeswarar Aalayam
Unregisted Organation.
Introduction.
1.This repot is the statement of the result of the Charity Commission’s Inquiry Under Section 8 of the charities Act 1993 Into the affairs of Eelapatheeswarar Aalayam ( hear in after called the Organation)
2. The Organation was set up in 1990 to run Hindu Temple in 1990 to submitted an application to the commission to register as a charity with the objects of managing a Hindu Temple and the relief of Poverty amongst the Tamil Community in Grater London and Srilnaka. His application not completed by the graganation and the commission did not register the organation as a charity. The temple is Situated in Wembley, Midlesex and had an annual income of 128,000 Pounds in 2001. but real income 450,000 pounds per Year.
ISSUES.
3.In june 2002 the commission was contacted with cancers that the organation was an unregisted Charity and alleging misappropriation of Funds. Following an initial Evaluation of the facts and Inquiry into the affairs of Eelapatheeswarar Aalayam was opened in August 2002.
4.The aims of the Inquiry were to… Establish whether the organization was exclusively charitable and if so to sure that it was registed as a charity.

Establish whether funds had beed misappropriated, Determine what financial Controls the Organization had in
place, Advise the trustees of their duties and responsibilities.
Significant Action taken
5. The application for registration Submitted in 1999 demonstrated that the objects of the organation were capable of being Exclusively Charitable. The commission received evidence demonating that member of the management committee of the organation had received Cheques for large some of Money From the Organation. The funds were there fore considered to be risk and on 20th september 2002 the organation’s bank accounts were frozen as a temporary and Protective Measure.
Findings
6. Commission office met with management Committee in september 2002 and after examine the activities charitable and that the funds were not raised from the public as Charitable Funds.
7. The management Committee of the organisation provided evidence to demonstrate that funds received by the organation from the trustees and member of the local tamil Community were both Donations and Repayments of Interest bearing Loans made by the Organation The loans made by the Organisation were not necessarily based on whether the recipiers was in poverty and were not therefore chartable.
8. The management committee for the Organation had also been Involve in political activities and had made donation to political parties. These activities were not chartable.
Outcome Of the Inquiry.
9. As the result of Inquiry the commission was satisfied that this organation has not operating as a charity and therefore was not required to register with the charity Commission.
10. The management committees Expressed a wish to close the operation of eelapatheswarar Aalayam as it currently asands and set up a charity (the charity) to be registed with commission. The management committees is aware that to register as a charity both the object and the activities would need to be exclusively charitable. They plane to donate all funds and assets held by the current organation to the new charity when Formed.
11. the management committee has advised us that they plan to ensure that loans made to the committee and local committee members are repaid before the new charity is registed in order to maximize the available assets.
