<span style='font-size:25pt;line-height:100%'><b>Feeling Strongly for Euthanasia</b>
Euthanasia is the practice of killing without pain a person who is suffering from a disease that cannot be cured. The word ''Euthanasia'' is originally from Greek words meaning \"good death\" or \"happy death''.
Euthanasia, the mercy killing, is prohibited and illegal in most of the countries in this world unfortunately. But humanely In April 2002, the Netherlands became the first country in the world to legalize euthanasia. Then Belgium became the second country to legalize euthanasia in September 2002. The Netherlands and Belgium are the only jurisdictions, the authority that an official organization has to make legal decisions, on Euthanasia. Switzerland and Australia also allows Assisted Suicide and hundreds of people went to these countries to die peacefully from other countries.
In this modern world nearly all pain can be eliminated and, only some rare cases where it cannot be eliminated, it can still be reduced significantly if proper treatment is provided. But the people, who have shorter life expectancies, suffering from various sickness, cancers, terminal illnesses, extreme pain, and irreversible comas often have to suffer harsh and continuous distress. Doctors will say pains can be reduced by the repeated use of pain killer and sleeping medicines, but often at the price of weakening of the personality and other distressing side effects. Some illnesses always cannot be relieved by pain killers or sleeping pills. Diseases of the nervous system often lead to paralysis or inability to walk, to cruel headaches, to blindness and to the misery of bedsores. A stroke patient may be conscious but helpless. I have seen many people in bed who were crying inside and willing nothing to do, Even if they want to turn over in the bed they depends on others. Concern about the actual process of dying, not the fact of dying, worries people. It is the fear of being kept alive in a pitiful condition, which leads people to the conclusion that death would be preferable.
I strongly feel that no one has the rights to hold a person, who is suffering from unbearable pain and wishing to die peacefully, unless they have got the treatment to bring the patient back to normal; not to keep the person 'alive but looks death'. Neither the law nor medical technology requires that \"everything be done\" to keep a patient alive, Insistence against the patient's wishes, that death be postponed by somebody is contrary to law and practice. It would also be cruel and inhumane. So in my argument is Euthanasia must be legalized and a world organized Euthanasia comity should be created and which will decide and permit the people to get rid of their souls from whole pains peacefully.</span>

உறவுகளே. எனக்கு கொஞ்ச நேரம் கிடைத்தபடியால் இதனை மொழிபெயர்த்து சுறுக்கமாக போடுகின்றேன். தவறு காணப்படின் சுட்டிக் காட்டவும்....
இதனசியா என்பது யாரவது ஒருவர் கடும் வருத்தத்தில் இருக்கும்போது அந்த வருத்தம் குணமடைய சாத்தியங்கள் இல்லை என்னும் தருணத்தில் அந்த மனிதரை எளிய முறையில் சாகடிப்பது. இந்த சொல் ஒரு கிறிக் மொழி. இதன் அர்த்தம் நல்ல சாவு இல்லாவிடின் சந்தோசமான சாவு
இது ஒரு சட்டத்துக்கு விரோதமான செயலாக உலக நாடுகளில் இருந்தது. ஆனால் ஏப்ரல் 2002ல் நெதர்லாண்ட் இதை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டது. அதன் பின்னார் செப்ரம்பர் 2002ல் பெல்ஐியமும் இதை சட்டத்திற்குள் கொண்டு வந்தது. அதன் பின்னார் சுவிஸ்லாட்டும் அவுஸ்ரேலியவும் இதை அழுல் அக்கியது. இதன் பின்னார் வேறு நாடுகளில் இருந்து நுற்றுக்காணக்கனோர் அந்த நாடுகளுக்கு சென்று சமாதனத்துடன் தங்கள் சாவை நீர்ணயித்துள்ளார்கள்.
இந்த நவீன உலகத்தில் நோய்களை மாற்றலாம் என்றாலும் சில நோய்களை முற்றாக மாற்ற முடியாவிடினும் சில வைத்தியமுறைகளால் அதன் அளவை குறைக்கலாம். சில நோய் குறைக்க இயலாதவை. அப்படிகுறைக்க முடியாதா நோய்கள் உள்ள நோய்களுக்கு வைத்தியார்களால் அடிக்கடி கொடுக்கப்படும் தூக்க மாத்திரைகளும் வலியின் அளவை குறைக்கும் மருந்துகளும் நோயளிக்கு பக்கவிளைவுகளை எற்படுத்துகின்றன. சில நோய்கள் சிலவேளைகளில் தூக்க மாத்திரைகளாலோ மற்ற மருத்துக்களோ குணப்படுத்த முடியாது. இப்படியான நோய்கள் கை கால் வேலை செய்யாமை, நடக்க முடியதாவை, தலையிடி, கண் பார்வை இல்லாமை, அத்துடன் படுக்கையில் இருப்பவர்கள். பக்கவாதம் என்னும் நோயினால் பாதிக்கப்படுவோருக்கு நினைவு இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் அதில் எவ்வித பயனும் இல்லை. பல படுக்கையில் இருக்கும் நோயாளிகள் உள்ளுக்குள் அழுது கொண்டே இருப்பார்கள், ஆனால் ஒன்றுமே செய்ய முடியதா நிலை. அவர்கள் திரும்பி படுக்க வேணும் என்றாலும் மற்றவர்களின் உதவியால் தான் செய்ய முடியும். இப்படியான நிலைகளை பார்க்கும் போது உயிருடன் வாழ பயந்து தான் சாவாதே மேல் என்று முடிவிற்கு வருகின்றார்கள்.
இந்தக் கட்டுரையாளனின் கருத்து என்னவெனில் ஒரு நோயாளி சாவதை யாருக்கும் தடுக்க உரிமை இல்லை. அப்படி தடுப்பவர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு வைத்தியம் செய்து அவர்களை ஒரு சாரசரி மனித நிலமைக்கு கொண்டுவரணும். வைத்தியார்களாலோ அல்லது சட்டத்தாலே இனி ஒன்றும் செய்ய இயலாது என்ற நிலை தெரிந்து உயிருடன் வைத்திருப்பது அந்த நோயாளியின் விருப்பத்தை மதிக்கமால் வைத்திருப்பது குற்றமாகும்.
ஆகவே இந்த சட்டமானது உலகத்தில் உள்ள எல்லா நாடுகளிலும் கொண்டு வந்து நோயளிகளாக இருப்பவர்கள் தங்கள் இஸ்டப்படியே தங்களின் உயிரை வருத்தமில்லாமால் அமைதியாக விட அனுமதிக்கும்.
