நீங்கள் படத்தில் கொடுத்த விண்டோ இல்லாமல் வேறு ஏதாவது வந்தால் உங்கள் கனனியை ரீஸ்ராட் பண்ணும் போது தட்டச்சு பலகையில் உள்ள F8 கீயை அழுத்தி இந்த விண்டோவை வர செய்து சேவ் மொட்டில் இயக்கி மேல் சொன்னதை செய்யுங்கள்.....
நீங்கள் உங்கள் கணனியில் விண்டோஸ் xP எதுவிதமான பூட் டிஸ்க் உம் இலாமலேயே உள்ளூடு செய்ய முடியும்.. அதாவது உங்கள் கணனியை ரீஸ்ராட் செய்து அது இயங்க இயங்க தொடங்கையில் டிலீற் கீயை அழுத்தி அதில் உங்கள் கண்னியின் தகவல்கள் முழுவதும் வரும் பின்னர் அதில் .......
அக்கா இந்த முறையை பின்பற்றி உங்கள் பிறின்ரர் மென்பொருளை அழியுங்கள் அல்லது இன்ஸ்ரோல் பண்ணுங்கள்.....

அங்கை பிறின்ரர் ஏதாவது இருந்தால் வலது கிளிக் பண்ணி அன்இன்ஸ்ரால் பண்ணுங்கோ
கனனியை றி ஸ்ராட் பண்ணி, பிறின்ரரை திரும்ப இன்ஸ்ரால் பண்ணி பாருங்கோ
இது சரிவராட்டி
மிகுதியை ஆங்கிலீசில எழுதிறேன்... 5 நிமிடத்தில எழுதிற விசயத்துக்கு அரை மணி எடுக்குது
NOTE: go to my computer and right click on c: and select properties and make sure that you have enough space to install the driver for the printer

if that does not work:
reboot the system into safe mode as kavithan explained
and try the same procedure again... (it may not be clear with my thameengilam):
- reboot the computer and close all the programs
- go to control panel and double click on system
- click on the hardware tap
- click on the device manager
- click on the + sign next to the usb controller, ports, printer and look for your printer name
- if you find the printer, right click on it and select uninstall
- reboot the system and try to reinstall the pritner (you can try to install the printer in safe mode too)
if this does not work and have enough space to install the printer driver, try this:
- click on start and go to run
- type in cmd and click ok
- in the command prompt type the following
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
- hit enter and on the next line type the following
start devmgmt.msc
- that will open a device manager for you
- click on view and select "show hidden device" (this will show all the devices installed, even if they are not present, in that system)
- look for any "!", "?" marks next to any items, the ports i mention earlier (usb controller, ports, pritner, etc) and uninstall anything supicious)
- i would uninstall anything say "unknown or other devices"
- reboot the system and install again
if this does not work:
- close all the applications
- click on start and go to run
- type "msconfig" and click on ok or hit enter key
- click on services tap at the top
- check the box "hide all microsoft service", all the way at the bottom
(this will not stop any services from MS)
- click on disable all button at the bottom
- click on start up tap at the top and click on disable button at the bottom
- click on apply - it will ask you to click on close to restart the compter
- when the system back up, it will give you a message about the msconfig, click on ok for that
- click on close for the "system configuration utility"
- try to install the printer again
- now you can enable all the services back by
_ start -> run -> msconfig -> enter -> service -> enable all (at the bottom)
- start -> run -> msconfig -> enter -> start up -> enable all
- apply - > close (this will restart your computer)
if this does not work, i have no idea.... dont worry, we will try somethign else.... :roll:
